Northen Territory and Visits to community

Titjikala, formerly known as Maryvale, is an Indigenous community 100 km from Alice Springs.  The photos here were taken during the second visit by NCIG staff.  The community had given permission for NCIG to contact individuals to obtain their directions for the use of their sample in the NCIG Collection.  NCIG returns to Titjikala annually to report on the progress of research using those samples for which consent was given.
