Kimberley, Visits to community and Western Australia

NCIG has a long-standing relationship with the communities of the Kimberley, working closely since its inception with the Kimberley Law and Culture Centre (KALACC).  Formal consultation has not been commenced with any community in the Kimberley to date.  Neverthless NCIG has been a regular visitor to communities and events, including the biennial KALACC Festival.   NCIG was asked to provide scientific support for the relocation of remains from the Old Pioneer Cemetery to the new Fitzroy Crossing Cemetery in 2018.
