About
Dr Jessica Muller is a health researcher with a background in psychology and public health. She specialises in culturally safe and responsive healthcare practice, with experience in community-led research design, health workforce capacity building, and the development and evaluation of community mental health and wellbeing programs across health disciplines including psychology and genomics. Her doctoral research, conducted in partnership with Indigenous Allied Health Australia (IAHA), contributed to the development of national standards for culturally responsive practice. Jessica draws on psychological and social science frameworks and participatory action research methods, working in close partnership with First Nations communities, organisations, and peak bodies to ensure research is accountable to and led by communities.
