Australia Day Honours for Professor Don Chalmers

Professor Don Chalmers, University of Tasmania, was the recipient of the award of Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to education, particularly to health law and medical research ethics, and to legal reform in the Australia Day Honours. Professor Chalmers has been a diligent and highy valued member of the NCIG Board since its inception in 2013 and has made important contributions to the development of NCIG's Governance Framework and other foundational activities. His fellow Board members extend their congratulations to Don for his achievement and contribution.
